Emergency Animal Rescue in Faisalabad, Pakistan
Every day, our rescue helpline rings more than 30 times. A dog hit by a car on a busy road. A kitten trapped in a drain. A donkey collapsed under a load it could no longer carry. In Faisalabad — Pakistan's third-largest city, home to over 3 million people — TAWF operates the only full-scale animal rescue service. Since 2020, our teams have rescued more than 15,000 animals. For the street animals of this city, we are the difference between suffering alone and getting a second chance.
How a Rescue Works
When a call or WhatsApp message reaches our helpline (+92 308 8181122), our team asks the caller to send photos or a short video. This lets our veterinary staff triage every case — the most life-threatening emergencies are dispatched first. Our rescue vehicles operate 365 days a year, driven by trained rescuers equipped to handle everything from injured dogs to birds, farm animals, and wildlife.
Every rescued animal is brought directly to our Second Chance Animal Hospital for emergency treatment, surgery if needed, and round-the-clock care.
