Help Keep Our Rescued Animals Warm This Winter
TAWF Winter Appeal · Target £2,500 by 31 October 2026
Around 1,000 animals are in TAWF's care at our Second Chance Animal Sanctuary. This is our first winter here — and we need your help to protect them from the cold before it arrives.
Many are recovering from illness, injury or surgery. Others are mothers with young babies who depend on us for warmth and shelter. For animals already fighting to recover, a night of extreme cold can be the difference between healing and losing them.
Winter nights in Faisalabad fall to around 0°C.
Why We Need the Money by 31 October
Raising £2,500 by the end of October gives us November to complete the work — installing, building and covering — before the severe cold sets in during the last week of the month. Miss that window and the animals face winter in shelters that aren't ready.

Heaters for the recovery wards and the most vulnerable animals

250 People Giving £10 Gets Us There
That's all it takes. £10 is a bed. £25 helps fuel the heating. £50 covers an open shed against the wind. Whatever you can give, it goes straight into getting these animals through the winter.

Can't Give? Please Share
Not everyone can donate, and that's okay. Sharing this appeal costs nothing and genuinely works — most of our supporters first heard about us because someone they know shared a post.
Who You're Helping
Every animal here arrived because someone decided not to walk past. Now they need one more thing: a warm place to get through the winter.
